Solve: can’t delete file folder in Windows because file is in use or locked

  1. Download Process Explorer
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
    then run procexp64.exe or procexp.exe
  2. Choose Find-File handle or DLL, pop up window appears.
  3. Type in the filename you want to delete.
